ingredients:
- 400g ground beef
- 200g ground pork
- 1.5 slices of bread skin or 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 egg
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- 1 tbsp fermented glutinous rice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp maggi
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pinch of thyme
1. Mix well all the ingredients.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the hamburger steaks with the lid. About 3 minutes on each sides, or nicely browned on each sides.
4. Serve with ketchup and worcester sauce and/or
avocado sauce. Perfect with
buns.
