potatoes pancake


ingredients:
- 4 medium to small potatoes, diced
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp flaxseed powder, optional (just increase omega 3 and 6)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda, optional
- 2 packages of roasted seaweed, optional

- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp flaxseed powder, optional (just increase omega 3 and 6)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup water

1. Blend potatoes, onion, garlic, flaxseed powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and water together until smooth.

- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda, optional

2. Add rice flour, corn starch, baking soda, mix until thick batter.

3. Preheat a non-stick pan on stove top at medium low heat.

- 2 packages of roasted seaweed, optional

4. Spread the batter on the non-stick pan, add roasted seaweed on top, cook around for 3 mins or until golden brown.

5. Flip over and cook another 3 mins or until golden brown.

6. Serve immediately for crispy texture.

note: Rice flour and corn starch create teh crispy texture.  But also can substitute by all-purpose flour or korean pancake mix.

korean marinated sauce for meat


ingredients:
- 1 apple, or half apple half pear
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 or 2 slices ginger
- 1 green onion
- 1 tsp or more black pepper
- 1 to 2 tbsp corn syrup, or more to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp vegemite (optional)
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- 1/4 cup water, or more during cooking
- 1/3 cup of magi, or more to taste
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 small potato or 3 tsp cornstarch 
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder, optional

1. Blend everything in blender until all smooth.

2. Use it to marinate beef, pork or chicken, store in refrigerator at least 8 hrs or overnight. 

3. Cooking day, slice favour vegetable, e.g. onion, mushroom, zucchini, bell pepper, garlic, shallot, etc.

4. Stir fry onion, garlic, shallot.

5. Add the marinated sauce, others sliced vegetable.  Cook until the vegetable is soft.

6. Add the marinated meat, continue cooking until well done.

7. Add cooked glass noodle if want.

8. Anytime can add water if the sauce is too thick.

9. Add salt or magi, corn syrup to taste.
