buttercream without egg

ingredients:
- 3 cups of butter
- 4.5 cups sifted  icing sugar
- 4 or more tbsp milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

1. Whisk the butter until fluffy and light, about 5 minutes,

2. Add icing sugar to the butter about quarter a time.

3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

4. Add milk 1 tbsp a time and whisk until light and fluff. And easy to pipe.

5. Pipe on the cool cupcakes.

Notes: ratio: butter : sugar = 1 : 1.5
