Vietnamese dipping sauce
ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili pepper
1. Mix all ingredients together, and ready to use for dipping or mix with vermicelli.
