赤小豆薏米茶


ingredients:
- 40g 赤小豆 (red rice beans)
- 25g 生薏米 (sheng yi mi or semen coicis)
- 25g 熟薏米 (cooked barley / yi mi pop)
- 1500ml 水 (water)

1. Rinse all the beans few times.

2. Put everything in a pot, cook until it boil.

3. Keep boiling for 1 hour.

4. Ready to drink!

notes:
赤小豆 – 具有健脾胃、利水化濕、潤腸通便、降血壓、降血脂、調節血糖、解毒抗癌、預防結石 和 健美減肥的功效。
生薏米 – 具有祛濕清熱的功效 
熟薏米 – 具有健脾養胃的功效
